Built Daily is not a mental health service, therapy tool, or medical application. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Built Daily. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
04User responsibilities
When using Built Daily, you agree to:
- Use the App for its intended purpose — personal behavioural development and daily discipline.
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
05Account and data
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
06Intellectual property
All content, design, branding, code, text, and features of Built Daily are the intellectual property of Built Daily and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
Content you create within the App (such as notes, reflections, and entries) remains yours. By using the App, you grant Built Daily a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
07Third-party services and APIs
Built Daily may offer optional integrations with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google), and X/Twitter. These integrations are governed by each platform's own terms of service and privacy policies.
Built Daily is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Use of third-party integrations is at your own discretion.
08Limitation of liability
Built Daily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built Daily and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Built Daily does not guarantee specific outcomes, behavioural changes, or results from using the App. Your progress depends entirely on your own actions and commitment.
09Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Built Daily at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Built Daily after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11Governing law
